Two waves
We accept students in two waves: the first closes with the early bird, after that the options are more limited. The dates for 2027 are coming soon.
Application video
Film the following, upload it to YouTube as a public or unlisted video and paste the link into the form.
- Gymnastics-style cartwheel on both sides – start facing forward, finish facing the opposite way.
- Tuck or straddle jump to handstand, 5 attempts. Add balance and shape changes if you can.
- Standing F2H, any entry, walking forwards and backwards, about 2 metres.
- Standing F2H squats.
- Standing H2H, 3 attempts in a row without editing the video: jump from the shoulders, hold 5–10 seconds with the base taking minimal steps. Rest between attempts, but keep the camera rolling.
- Some other acro material: a sequence, skills you are working on, skills you are comfortable with.
You can use spotters for any skill, as long as they do not interfere with the flyer. A spotter can help with handstand balance.
It does not have to be perfect. We need to see your level – and that you can do standing hand to hand.
Returning students need no video for the main line. For the advanced line, film the prerequisites below.
Prerequisites for the advanced line
For the advanced line, add these to your video. You should manage most of them; if some are not there yet, send the video anyway. Spotters are fine for the F2H skills.

- Extended H2H
- Toe pitch to reverse F2H
- Toe pitch half turn to F2H
- F2H tempos
- Reverse F2H tempos
