Privacy notice
What happens with the information you send us in the application.
Who we are
LEAP – Little European Acrobatics Programme – is run by its organisers, who are the controller of your data. Contact: LeapAcrobatics@gmail.com.
What we collect
The information in the application form: contact details, age, sex, nationality, address and phone, your acro background, the weeks you want, your emergency contact, a link to your video and any health information you choose to give us.
Why, and on what basis
To assess your application, put together a balanced group, organise the programme and keep training safe. The legal basis is taking steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for health information, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
Who sees it
The LEAP organisers, and the teachers of your weeks where it matters for training. The data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon), and emails go out through Resend; they process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until the end of the edition you applied for, and then up to 12 months so we can recognise returning students. Health information is deleted when the edition ends.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time – it does not affect what happened before. Write to LeapAcrobatics@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
The map
The map at the bottom of every page loads from Google Maps only after you click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, as described in Google’s privacy policy. Until you click, nothing is loaded from Google. We remember your choice only until you close the browser tab.
